COVID-19 Updates

July 29, 2020

  • Athletes should NOT come to the gym if he/she has had a fever within 24-hours of his/her gym time or if he/she has a fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms.
  • Athletes should not come to the gym if he/she or anyone in the athlete's immediately family has COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks
  • We are still cleaning thoroughly between all classes.  This includes mats, floors, equipment, common areas/surfaces, and bathrooms.  Coaches are sanitizing their hands throughout classes and between classes.
  • Athletes are administered sanitizer upon entering and leaving the gym, and are instructed to sanitize/wash hands after sneezing, coughing, touching the face, and using the restroom.
  • We are only able to allow athletes and coaches in the gym still at this time due to capacity limitations with COVID-19. Parents, siblings, and other spectators are not allowed in to use the restroom or for any other reason.  The only exceptions are for our Mommy & Me classes.  One parent may attend with the Mommy & Me athlete but other family members/spectators must remain in the parking lot.  Other exceptions include special appointments made for a parent to meet with a coach.  If a parent must enter the gym for an appointment, the parent must wear a mask inside the gym.
  • If you need to pay by cash/check, we will have a staff member at the front door to assist you in making that transaction.  All bills can be paid online through our Parent Portal.
  • Athletes are allowed to purchase sports drinks through the front desk but the water fountain is closed off.  If athletes bring his/her own drink to class (which we encourage), please label the athlete's bottle with his/her name clearly and PLEASE do not bring cups with a lid and straw.  Sports bottles/drinks with screw-on lids ONLY please!
  • Neither athletes nor coaches directly involved in the sport are required to wear a mask.  If you would like your athlete to wear a mask, please be sure to bring it with them.

Thank you for bearing with us during this unsolicited time!  We appreciate you all, our amazing customers, greatly.

Cheaha Cheer and Tumble

2018-2019 Mountaineers

See What Others Are Saying!

My girls love Cheaha Cheer and Tumble! The instructors are dedicated and spend time coaching each student, helping them to meet their full potential. If you're looking for a great place to have your children learn the art of tumbling, the techniques of cheer, and the value of true sportsmanship, all while you as a parent get to see their self-esteem grow each week, then Cheaha Cheer and Tumble is the place for your family! Our local area is blessed to have Allie Mitchell, her husband, and staff here in Calhoun County!
